About us

DesignNotion is a design intensive architecture firm founded in 2013 by Patners Ar.Rishikesh Lokhande and Ar.Prakash Majaria located at New Delhi India. We engage in a diverse range of work, from large scale Residential to small Plotted Residential developments with high end interiors, along with experience in Commercial, Institutional, Industrial developments, understanding constraints of each project into the design trajectory, exploring opportunistic overlaps between space, program, form, budget and materials.

The Principle Ar. Rishikesh Lokhande and Ar. Prakash Majaria both were graduated from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi in 2008.Ar. Rishikesh lokhande has been awarded two Gold Medal for the research on his thesis on Victoria Terminal Railway station development, Mumbai.

Recently in 2019 the firm has been Awarded by IFJ magazine for their contribution to Architectural design development initiatives. The magazine also publish their work :-

In six year the Firm has grown eccentrically with Caliber to handle any scale with knowledge of localbody Building laws, Construction method and Economics, design initiatives and understanding the Market for the same especially in Commercial projects. We have team expertise and associates for all Coordination along with Structure,HVAC,Plumbing,Electrical,Green Building Consultant on boards.
